❓Where can I use it?
“Basically… everywhere. Grout? Yup. Couch? Yes. Bathroom tiles, car seats, your oven, your kid’s art wall? 100% yes. If it’s dirty — Steambot’s got it.
❓Do I need to add any chemicals?
“Nope! Just water. No sprays, no weird smells. It’s totally safe for kids, pets, and people who hate bleach (aka… me). It’s pure hot steam — and it works.”
❓Do I have to wait to refill it?
“Yeah, for a bit — but it’s a safety thing! This is a high-pressure steam machine, not a squirt bottle. Once it cools down (like 10 minutes), you can refill and go again.
Totally normal. Just sip your coffee while you wait ☕.”
❓How many accessories does it come with?
“28. Yep, twenty-eight. It’s basically the Swiss army knife of steam cleaners.”
❓How long is the cord and hose?
“11 feet, y’all. ELEVEN. That’s long enough to go from your kitchen to next week.”
❓How big is the tank?
“2 liters — aka HUGE. You’ll clean your whole house without stopping for refills. Biggest tank in its class.”
❓Is there a warranty?
“Yup — one full year. No worries, we’ve got your back.”
❓Why does water come out at first instead of steam?
“when you first hit the trigger, the steam runs into cold pipes and condenses — science, right? You’ll see a little water at the start, but give it like 2 seconds and boom — hot steam!”
❓Can I add essential oils or cleaning stuff to the tank?
“NOPE. Just water! Oils or chemicals could mess up the machine. Steam’s strong enough — trust me, you don’t need anything else."
❓Will it make my floors soaking wet?
“Nah — it’s steam, not a shower.”
The hot steam dries fast. Just make sure you purge that initial cold water before starting.”
❓Will it damage my floors?
“Not at all — if your floors are sealed.” Totally safe for sealed hardwood, tile, vinyl, etc. Just don’t sit on one spot forever and don’t use on raw wood.”
❓Why is the cap so tight?
“Because safety! 🔒 Never try to open the cap when it’s hot or still under pressure — that’s a hard NO. Let it cool, press the trigger to release steam, and then open safely.”
❓What if no steam comes out?
“Try this quick checklist:
- Wait 5–10 mins to preheat
- Make sure you’ve got water in the tank
- Check if the nozzle’s blocked

❓Do I need to clean it after each use?

❓Is it safe for car interiors?
“Heck yes. Dashboards, vents, cupholders, seats — especially the gunk between the seats that eats French fries.”
❓Is it heavy?
“Surprisingly not! It rolls with you thanks to the smooth wheels and long hose. You don’t carry it — you just pull it along like a cleaning puppy.”
