We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your SteamBot in perfect condition. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping option. Shipping times depend on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Shipping Fees: We delivers Steambot for free shipping
- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
- International Shipping: We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your SteamBot, we offer the following return policy:
- Return Window: You can return your product for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all accessories, packaging, and instructions. We do not accept returns on products that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts.
- How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at steambot.official@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
- Return Shipping Fees: We offer free returning.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
